i order a New Balance B/W mens suede snickers and they send me a B/W leather one,but i keep them anyway but they have to send what the people buy not the item they want!!!!!!!!!
Although I ordered the sneakers for my husband in his size, they were too small. Luckily they fit my son. He’s happy with them.
I have learned to never order shoes on the internet. They must be tried on.

After having to return them because they didn’t fit, I got the perfect pair of shoes. They even paid for the return shipping. They look great!
The shoes look great! I’ve been a loyal customer to New Balance for a long time now. I own 6 pairs of New Balance shoes at this point. I have to say that these are the most uncomfortable pair that I have purchased. The back of the shoes rub my achiles heel and I have to wear thick socks or band-aids when I wear these shoes. I almost returned them, but I get so many compliments on how cool they are. I am going to keep these shoes and continue to wear them in hopes that I wear them in.
